Application Process

1.) Contact us via e-mail, phone or text to schedule an appointment to view the property.

2.) Submit an online application at www.nrrapp.com 

3.) Pay the $30.00 per applicant fee for credit report ($20.00) and background check ($10.00).

4.) Submit copies of 2 forms of personal identification (driver’s license or state ID card preferred, if not available use: military ID, passport, birth certificate, tribal ID or social security card) via e-mail or deliver paper copies to our office.

5.) Submit the last 30 days of pay stubs or other documentation proving income via e-mail or deliver paper copies to our office.

6.) Applicants will be reviewed in order as they apply & submit the fee.

Applications will not be processed until all items are received.
